  14. I currently am using Benchmark Modula-2 on my 2000.  I called the folks at
  15. Avant Guard Software, and talked to somebody about the compatability of their
  16. M2 with WB2.04.  I probably talked to Leon Frenkel, the developer.  The person
  17. said that Benchmark was compatible.  Once I upgraded to WB2.04 and started to
  18. look at it, I realized that to use 2.04 to it's fullest extent, upgrades to
  19. the module libraries would have to be written.

  21. Later, in this group, I believe, I saw a post regarding the programming
  22. languages available for the Amiga.  The blurb about Benchmark indicated that
  23. there would be no new releases.  Can anyone confirm this?  I can say that I got
  24. the same impression when I called AGS.

  26. If AGS isn't going to produce a new release for 2.04, is there any interest in
  27. doing a grass roots effort to write updated modules?  I'd be interested to
  28. find out how many other M2 users there are out there, and the feasability of
  29. working on the expansions over the net.  You can mail me directly.  I'll
  30. summarize and post.
