  25. Actually there is another PD parser called SmallIFFParse.library which
  26. is a inferior substitute for WB2.0/iffparse.library that can be
  27. distributed without any license. Programs written for Small* works with
  28. iffparse, though the opposite may not be the case. It works with 1.2 - ...
