- Not necessarily. People's priorities change. If he is honest with himself,
- he may have a policy of not cashing cheques, etc. until he replies to a
- given letter. That's what I did for Draco and Empire letters. Unfortunately,
- since I was working on new Draco stuff when I started on Amiga Empire nearly
- two years ago, that means that I have letters on my shelf that were received
- well over 2 years ago. I have not replied to them, and I haven't used or
- banked any disks or money that was sent. I hereby apologize for doing so,
- but there would have been little constructive that I could say in any
- replies I wrote. And yes, I know that this means the cheques are long since
- worthless, and perhaps even some of the money! That won't stop me from
- replying to those people when I eventually get around to it.
