  20. I'm using another vi port, which came with the old RCS distribution (not the
  21. 2.0 only one).  I believe it had two, one of which was Stevie... I'm using
  22. the other one.  The main good point?  FAST!  It works with just about any
  23. size of CLI window and takes almost no time to page through big files.

  27. I agree!  It does everything but write the code for you, BUT it is very
  28. slow to start!  I downloaded that one, unpacked it, then spend the next
  29. minute staring in horror as it loaded gobs of data from my HD before giving
  30. me a nice standard emacs screen.  If you never make mistakes and have to
  31. reboot your machine (thanks CBM, for your wonderful exception handler!)
  32. it's great, but I usually use either vi, or MG if I want to be emacsy.
