- Well, it really is rather simple. In order to keep our Copyright and
- ownership of the files and the data they contain, we need to do this.
- The cost is very little ($100 flat fee) and the compiler vendor pays
- this. The vendor can then sell as many as he wishes without paying us
- any more. A user can also buy them from CATS (215-431-9180) as part
- of the Native Developers Kit. We try our best to get the information
- out there (the NDK is only $20 and includes more than just the includes)
- but we do not wish to give up our rights on the files. It is that simple,
- with no ill-feelings or dark-side-of-the-force reasoning that many keep
- on claiming.
