  13. I don't have an idea why ASL may be slow but take a look at ReqTools.
  14. This requester package is a MUST for every programmer who uses 
  15. requesters. They are easy to use (for the programmer and for the user),
  16. VERY powerful (I especially like the feature where you can use the arrow
  17. keys to select a file) and style guide conformant under 1.3 and 2.0
  18. ReqTools can be found on amiga.physik.unizh.ch
