  12. I had an idea that I would like to propose to the Amiga Community...

  14. How about a computer club meeting over IRC (internet relay chat) for all
  15. amiga people who have access to it?  We could 'meet' all of the famous
  16. amiga people without having to leave our homes and pass on information to help
  17. all who participate.

  19. I had this idea because I recall that when the Persian Gulf War hit, IRC
  20. had a war channel setup that would log it all.
  21.  
  22. Now for this idea to take place, we would have to set a central time for it
  23. and have somebody keep the log of it for people to get so they could read
  24. it if they are not able to attend.
  25.  
  26. Important people (like RJMical, Leo S, Dave Haynie, etc...) could show 
  27. up on it if they have access and other CBM -Amiga people could sit in.
