- Networking is underdeveloped as are too many other things. Not on the
- part of any engineer or programmer, but because of the big-whigs.

- You missed the point I was making. C= management sees networking as
- important enough to hire _3_ people! That's it! They expect someone
- else to code for them for free because they love the Amiga and are so
- devoted? Management should realize people like(ed) the Amiga because
- it was superior in many respects years ago. It's still good, but
- we've all had Calculus Constants are irrelevant. The rate of change
- is the important issue. Mac may have a shitty OS now but they are
- spending money hand over fist to improve it and make sure people know
- about it through press reeleases and advertising. How fast can
- overworked under supplied software engineers just like you or me work
- up cutting edge improvements on every aspect of a machine with a
- management that continues to undervalue their talents? What would
- happen if Jesups or Hanie were to decide Amigados wasn't worth it and
- dive into a new GUI for UNIX that doesn't have massive overhead and is
- more resource conservative? I think they would be missed ALOT more
- than any of the C= board members. You tell me which would you rather
- keep...

- Is that supposed to be good news?

- If the Amiga is in such a weak state that an Amiga fanatic like myself
- who leads a user's group, is a developer, and takes every opportunity
- to convey the good points (as well as the short comings) of the Amiga
- as an effective computer tool then I must say it is certainly way
- past any rescue attempt...
