- Check out Jumpdisk
- 1493 Mt. View Ave.
- Chico, CA 95926
- USA
-
- I've been a regular subscriber and contributor for the last 4 years or so and
- the editor (Richard Ramella) has always bent over backwards to keep his
- subscribers happy. Most of the stuff on the monthly disks is contributed by
- subscribers so the quality of materials varies somewhat, but it's generally ok.
-
- If you write programs for the Amiga for fun, you may seriously want to
- consider sending them to Jumpdisk for profit. He only buys 1-time publication
- rights--you retain all rights to your work. They've put out a disk every month
- for the last 5 years or so--longer than any other disk-based magazine.
-
- In contrast to AMNews (which burned me out of $300 worth of contributed
- materials that they published anyway) and AWToolChest (which I nearly burned
- when, well, there was a mix-up on their part) I have never had any trouble
- dealing with Jumpdisk. Just my $0.02 worth.
