- Back in March, I went monitor hunting. What I found was that, in the
- sizes I was looking at (14" or better), monitors came in two flavors:
- new, spiffy designs that didn't sync much below 30KHz, and old designs
- that would sync to the 15.75KHz rate, but cost more and didn't have as
- nice a picture. Seems that there just isn't much call for the slower
- sync rates any more.

- BTW, I bought a NEC Multisync 4FG, and am quite happy with it. Looks
- like it was designed to sit on top of an A3000.
