- Setup: HP LaserJet IIP, Amiga 3000T (2.04) and Amiga 1000 (1.3.2).
- "HP Laserjet" printer driver.
-
- If I send a text file of more than 3-4 pages to the printer, only
- part of the file is sent at a time. Thus, the Amiga sits there waiting
- while the first few pages get printed, then sends more data, sits and waits
- while it is printed, etc. If it sits long enough, I get system requesters
- saying the printer is not responding or busy. Clicking on RETRY continues
- printing.
-
- My LaserJet has 2.5 MB RAM!! This should not happen. Who is
- at fault -- the printer? The printer driver? The "copy" program?
- (I use "copy filename to PRT:" for printing.)
