- DKB is world class/first class
-
- I friend of mine purchased the DKB2632 board (A2630
- RAM
- expander) from DKB. To make a long story short, we could not get
- it to work.
- We called DKB technical support and sent the 2632 back to
- them along with a copy of the systems s:startup-sequence and
- devs:mountlist (sent via Internet->CompuServe)... they checked it
- out and sent it back that same day - so there was only 2 days
- downtime!
- It turned out that the problem was that the ROMs in the A2091
- SCSI hard drive controller were out of date (I have no idea why
- this would affect the 2632). DKB quickly sent out new ROMs to us
- and the machine has worked fine since (and is a bit faster I might
- add).
- From my experiences DKB's products and support are first
- class in every way. I am pleased to say that DKB is a name you can
- trust.
- thank you DKB
