- Once again I need to point out that the HD drives that occasionally
- appear out of C= when no one is looking are SPECIAL. When they sense a
- HD floppy, the motor turns at HALF SPEED, so that the data rate is the
- same as a DD floppy, but a track is twice as long. This is b/c the
- decoding chip etc in the Amiga is not capable of the doubled data rate
- of the standard HD drive. One day we may see a new chip with higher
- speed, till then, forget trying to mod a PC 1.44 drive.
