  19. The bootrom is hidden by writing on it, i.e. any write access on the
  20. bootrom address space will do the work. As a 'side effect' the
  21. kickstart ram is write protected.

  23. By the way, does ANYBODY know how to expand kickstart ram to 512k?
  24. This involves piggybacking the chips, moving boot rom 1/2 meg lower in
  25. address space and reprogramming the boot rom.

  27. I have disassembled & commented the whole boot rom to reassemblable
  28. asm-code, so the reprogramming won't be a problem, but I don't know
  29. exactly how to add the ram, and what modifications/additions are
  30. needed to pals etc..
