- Since computer companies use MIPS, atleast in marketing,
- is there a "standard" instructions that are used to get
- these figures? If there isn't a "standard", then it
- seems to me that most of people are cheated (although
- pure processor speed isn't a good meter for system performance,
- but anyway). If someone has any facts about measuring
- MIPS numbers, I would be happy to see them.
