  14.     Since computer companies use MIPS, atleast in marketing,
  15.     is there a "standard" instructions that are used to get
  16.     these figures? If there isn't a "standard", then it
  17.     seems to me that most of people are cheated (although
  18.     pure processor speed isn't a good meter for system performance,
  19.     but anyway). If someone has any facts about measuring
  20.     MIPS numbers, I would be happy to see them.
