- I seriously suggest that you look in Computer shopper for serial boards and
- not JDR or any other catalog place. Jameco also has much high than Computer-
- Shopper norm prices... (this is just for future reference.)

- I was going to suggest soldering iron but I see you thought of it. BTW, a good
- way to de-solder chips you don't care to destroy is to take a pair of clippers
- and cut each lead invididually. Then desolder. Much easier than trying to pull
- 40 pins at once!!!

- (this is general info for all, not just you. I heard someone suggest that after
- replacing the 18-pin RAM chips in my C128 the hard way--- DUH! ... so I share
