  14. I seriously suggest that you look in Computer shopper for serial boards and
  15. not JDR or any other catalog place. Jameco also has much high than Computer-
  16. Shopper norm prices...   (this is just for future reference.)

  18. I was going to suggest soldering iron but I see you thought of it. BTW, a good
  19. way to de-solder chips you don't care to destroy is to take a pair of clippers
  20. and cut each lead invididually. Then desolder. Much easier than trying to pull
  21. 40 pins at once!!!

  24. replacing the 18-pin RAM chips in my C128 the hard way--- DUH! ... so I share
  25. the info  :)
