  19. I'm pretty sure it's released since I just got a mailing from Invotronics(I
  20. think that's the maker) with an order form including the HI-Q.  BTW, their
  21. price was higher than that quoted in the vendor add in several recent
  22. AmigaWorld issues.

  24. I'm very curious too and have yet to here of anyone with experience with
  25. this expansion root.

  27. If it does all it says it does, this would be a very good deal.  However,
  28. I believe there were some problems with "Bodega Bay" and other A500 expansion
  29. boxes.  A Tech at my local dealer says that to make a real A500 --> A2000+
  30. expansion box it needs to be able to handle signals from several cards
  31. at once.  This is where the older boxes failed.  The A2000 has a "buster"
  32. chip, lacking in the 500, needed to use several expansion slots at once.

  34. I'm hoping that the HI-Q Tower has a hardware solution to this.
