- I did exactly the same on my 3000. I don't use the serial much, occasionally
- for testing a friends modem (In on one phone line out on the other :-) but
- I really wanted the board for parallel. I can now print to both my Postscript
- laser and my 24 pin colour, at the same time, without having to have the laser
- on the serial and suffer accordingly. The iowedge utility lets me use the
- PrefsPrinter on the GG Cards Parallel Device. I have a 16450 on the serial,
- and it talks to my USR DS at 38,400 reasonably - not losing too many characters and it works at 19,200 flawlessly.
