  20. Sounds like my 1000.  A couple years ago, it would get up to temperature,
  21. and then, the drive would make HORRIBLE noises.  Kinda like a loud
  22. scree-clunk.  Anyway, it wouldn't access data real well, either.  I opened
  23. the case up, and it worked fine.  I guess it just wanted some more
  24. ventilation.  I seem to recall that I blew the acumulated dust-bunnies out
  25. of the mechanism too :).
