- Sounds like my 1000. A couple years ago, it would get up to temperature,
- and then, the drive would make HORRIBLE noises. Kinda like a loud
- scree-clunk. Anyway, it wouldn't access data real well, either. I opened
- the case up, and it worked fine. I guess it just wanted some more
- ventilation. I seem to recall that I blew the acumulated dust-bunnies out
- of the mechanism too :).
