  11.     I just downloaded wasp from wuarchive and I am having trouble trying
  12. to convert a 640x480 gif image into a dynamic hires picture. Does anyone know
  13. what the correct procedure for this conversion is?  The extremely
  14. minimal docs do not help at all. Also, how does one output iff24 pictures?
