- Factual, yes, but perhaps omitting some information.

- To the best of my knowledge, CIS's flat rate offering includes
- various features, but it does NOT include any of the hardware or
- software related SIGs save those that have to do with the software
- that CIS sells to people with PClones and Macs--the software being
- programs for using CIS, so that, with that exception, if you access
- computer-related SIGs on CIS, you still pay a certain amount per
- unit time.
