- The original thread is "What is the best BBS". Included in such a
- generic topic is implementation of Fidonet and UUCP. C-Net's Fidonet
- has been the cause of massive dupes in Fidonet (aka Xfido 2.19 verses
- the Xfido 2.19a release) and is now seen to use FSC-0001.TXT "paragraphs"
- in Usenet where each line should be terminated with 0x0d.
