  17. Well; my modem seems fine -- same warmth level as my old 2400.

  19. I have a suggestion for all those people suffering from the overheating
  20. problem and do not intend to try and exchange their modem. Why not
  21. simply "pop" off the back plastic cover? You can run fine without it,
  22. and it won't be visable. If it's like the old supra, all you
  23. have to do is "raise" the plastic tabs along the sides, and slide it off.
  24. This will give you an opening for the air to escape from.
