  25. You're joking.  Surely you don't call "flat fee" that which
  26. doesn't include any useful services such as conferences.  I guess
  27. if one uses CIS for shopping, then the flat fee is useful.  For
  28. Amiga conferences and downloads/uploads, it is useless.
