  22. multi-tasking.  In fact, I frequently uncompress files while downloading others,
  23. read doc files, display pictures, and perform other tasks (such as play Nethack)
  24. while using JR-Comm.  Perhaps you're just trying to use applications which require
  25. the serial port which JR-Comm (rightfully) locks.  I feel your blanket statement
  26. is a bit out of line; how about some examples of what doesn't work, and how it
  27. fails?
