- Have you looked closer? The $7.95 per month appears to be more like a surchar
- than a flat rate. Unlike other services, such as Genie, the $7.95 allows
- virtually nothing. Much of what Genie allows for $4.95 is not included in
- CI$'s $7.95. Look closer. I actually joined CI$ but after seeing the actual
- rates refused to activate my account. Genie costs less actual $ for more
- service and bothg BIX and Portal provide far more value for the dollar than
- CI$. Don't get me wrong. I am not claiming there is a problem with the
- service provided by CI$, only the price and value. The thinly disguised
- attempt to hide the real charges is a negativew, not a positive.
