  15. Have you looked closer? The $7.95 per month appears to be more like a surchar
  16. than a flat rate. Unlike other services, such as Genie, the $7.95 allows
  17. virtually nothing. Much of what Genie allows for $4.95 is not included in
  18. CI$'s $7.95. Look closer. I actually joined CI$ but after seeing the actual
  19. rates refused to activate my account. Genie costs less actual $ for more
  20. service and bothg BIX and Portal provide far more value for the dollar than
  21. CI$. Don't get me wrong. I am not claiming there is a problem with the
  22. service provided by CI$, only the price and value. The thinly disguised
  23. attempt to hide the real charges is a negativew, not a positive.
