- I have a USRobotics Dual Standard V.32bis modem, and I have no problems
- whatsoever connecting and downloading/uploading at 14,400 baud
- with all but one board, which uses Xenix and Practical Peripheral
- V.32/V.32bis modems. I can connect and read text fine, but trying
- to download using sz results in mega errors. The same system has a
- Telebit WorldBlazer v.32bis line, and a HST dual standard v.32bis
- line, and I can do everything fine on those lines, it is only the
- Practical Peripheral modems (v.32 and v.32bis, the system has one of
- each), that give me problems.
-
- Can someone let me know the phone # of the Practical Peripheral BBS,
- or the Supra BBS (I want to try and connect/download from Supras too).
-
- Any ideas why I can connect to the same system using v.32bis on WorldBlazers
- and USR Dual Standards, but have problems when Practical Peripheral V.32
- modems are used on the other end?
