  24. I've gotten 237 and occasionally even 238 cps out of VLT using a rather old
  25. Supra 2400.  Not often, admittedly, but that's obviously not the fault of
  26. VLT then.  Perhaps the fact that my machine has a 68030 makes a difference,
  27. but I doubt this can be very significant at only 2400 baud ...
  28.     Perhaps you should look into system load both on your machine and
  29. the other end.  Our systems here occasionally get so busy that the transfer
  30. rate dropped to around 100 cps but again that wasn't VLT's fault either.
  31.     Are you using Fast RAM for the transfer or is all this happening in
  32. Chip RAM?
