- That last bit is, of course, total rubbish!
- As long as you copy the files as binary files and don't let any programs
- alter the newline/carriage returns in them than uue is completely unnecessary.
- I've certainly never used it and I managed to download the Amiga source
- to GNU emacs (One lha file that takes up quite a few floppies).
