  24. As long as you copy the files as binary files and don't let any programs
  25. alter the newline/carriage returns in them than uue is completely unnecessary.
  26. I've certainly never used it and I managed to download the Amiga source
  27. to GNU emacs (One lha file that takes up quite a few floppies).
