  12. I have an old program lying around, that can help you write your own
  13. printer driver, if something usable doesn't show up.  It's called PrtDrvGen
  14. (don't try to pronounce it :-) and requires a fair amount of coffee and
  15. patience if you want your driver to handle graphics as well as text.
  16. Quite cumbersome, but with a lot of helpful explanations.
