Are you insinuating that people in the Unix and IBM worlds do not pirate
software, and more specifically do not pirate Beta releases??? If so I
think you are slightly mistaken. Unfortunately I do not know more than about
2 people that I know using PC's that actually paid for the software that they
use. Beta's are available as soon as the testers get them if not before.
At least of my friends in the AMiga comunity, at least half of them buy softwareUnfortunately several of them are of the mentality that if they refuse to buy
it, then prices will go down, like they did with the Atari ST :-(
Of course, the Unix world is different, with more Universitys, and Businesses
using these systems, than home users. Pc's to an extent too, but an alarming
number of small businesses use pirated software as they feel that they cannot
afford AutoCad etc - If only they used Amiga's
Sorry about your efforts being hassled, and keep up the good work, though
I like DirOpus, I wouldn't use it as DirWork is all I need and cheaper
