  41. The reason why your HPIIIP didn't work with 1 MB of RAM is because of HP's
  42. resolution enhancement feature.  This feature uses up part of the 1 MB thus
  43. leaving you with somewhere about 700K of memory.  There isn't enough memory 
  44. to print out a full page at 300dpi.  There were a lot of problems with
  45. salespeople telling everyone that the 1 meg was enough when the III series 
  46. was first introduced.
