  10.     A friend of mine has recently purchased Directory Opus, and he
  11. mentioned to me something about the upgrade that even I didn't think about.

  13.     He said that the manual should have actual screen shots.  Most people I
  14. know of tend to think visually, that is, they can better grasp a concept if
  15. they see it, and not just read about it.
