- All window border icons should be an even number of pixels, if they are not
- then they will not be tiled properly in modes that they get scaled.

-
- 'bicon' is used for replacing the blank space at the bottom of the h-scroll
- and v-scroll on a window, this can be seen if there is no resize box.
- Current versions of FormEd do not allow you to have this combination, but
- hacking the window flags yourself does allow you to do this, looks kinda
- stupid tho!
-
- In RISC OS 3.10 'blicon' has another important meaning, that is that it
- describes the depth and palette associated with the other window borders
- with the same suffix, ie. the bicon22 describes the palette and depth of all
- other xyz22 icons.
-
- NB: Under R3.10 it is possible to have 8 bit-per-pixel window gadgets and
- sprite icons. It is also possible to have a sprite icon which has
- a palette associated with it.
