- I am looking for a C-program which will resize rectangular grey-scale
- bitmap images, 8-bit deep.
- My direct goal is to prepare mini-images resembling the originals (a sort of
- "icons") in a better way than through simple sub-sampling.
- I am interested also in more general algorithms of "smooth" resizing,
- because zoom operation on my graphic system is rather ugly and slow.
