- Aller Anfang ist schwer, as we say in Germany. In other words, the more you
- have managed to compile without errors, the better is the chance to succeed
- with a new project. You can lend a lot of work-arounds from other packages.
- There are always the same BSD<->SYSV problems, some packages do have ifdefs,
- others don't.

- So what about a moderated group called FNI (Frequently needed includes) where
- one could put work-arounds, some hints etc. to give beginners a chance ?
