- Veritas springs to mind. SVR4.2 (Destiny) has one as it's default
- filesystem type. Of course Veritas also have bigger and better
- things to add on like logical volume management. They way they have
- designed the beast (with intent logging and what-have-you) the FS
- does not require unmounting or shutdown before a poweroff.
