  12. I'm looking for a set of mathematical libraries, which need to include
  13. matrix solvers, written in 'C'.  I am familiar with NAG and IMSL, and
  14. know of blas and LINPACK, but I have a machine without a Fortran compiler
  15. so I need something in 'C'.  I know that NAG and IMSL offer a subset of
  16. their functions in 'C' but I would really prefer something much cheaper.
  17. I've tried f2c with no success.
