  13. I'd alter the AndrewSetup file so that AMS_LocalMailSystemExists has a
  14. ``yes''.  There's also a misspelling of AMS_DeliveryViaGethostbyname, in
  15. case you were wondering why that didn't have any effect.

  17. You can use a line like ``AMS_UseridPlusWorks: no'' in AndrewSetup.

  19. I don't know if you're getting the userid+ notation because of
  20. RUN_AMDS_ENV residue or what, but you can override the compile-time
  21. defaults in AndrewSetup.  You may have to work to override all the
  22. compile-time defaults, which is what I'm suggesting here.
