  14. I just did a du of my bcc folder today and discovered how huge it
  15. hasbecome over the past 3 years (surprise, surprise!), and I got an idea
  16. that Iwould like to pursue:

  18. Suppose I were to compress some of the files in my bcc folder.  Wouldn't
  19. it benice if messages would recognize the .Z extension and pipe it
  20. throughuncompress automagically so I can stil read the messages.  Anyone
  21. know where Ishould start looking, or is the file open code spread all
  22. over AMS?
