  10.   I recently recieved some information regarding "memory wires"
  11. and their use to provide linear motion.These wires consist of strands
  12. of an alloy of Nickel and Titanium refered to as either "Nitinol" or
  13. "Flexinol".This substance contracts under electrical stimulation,much
  14. like human neuro-muscular tissue.
