  19. I will certainly echo the attitude part - they've really got one. I called once
  20. to report a bug I had boiled down to about 8 lines of code (including the
  21. function declaration, etc) I was informed that "they don't have time to teach
  22. me how to write C". I replied that I DO know C, could they at least look at 
  23. the source. They replied "we don't have time to look at reams of source code".
  24. I told them it was only a few lines of code, and they begrudgingly looked at
  25. it. To their credit, I had a new revision of the compiler in about 4 days.
  26. But, I thought "what an asshole on the phone - I'm gonna write to the
  27. president of the company - but then I found out that WAS the president!!!
  28. What an idiot. I wonder if he knows the power of the Internet?? I wonder if he
  29. knows that when he insults someone at Apple or HP, that he's blowing off
  30. COUNTLESS sales??? Oh well, that's how little companies stay little.
