  11. We are running XNTP3 on a mix of sun3 and sun4 systems, with the os ranging
  12. from 4.0.3 to 4.1.2.
  13. We are getting the "drift exceeds 100ppm" message and would like to know
  14. what we need to fix to stop this.

  16. This appears both on our servers (stratum 3) and our broadcast clients.
