- Alt-Y generates a telnet protocol TEL_IP (interrupt process) packet, which is
- not the same as a BREAK. What I and the original poster need is the NCSA
- Telnet/CUTCP macro name for generating a telnet BREAK packet. Can't find
- anything in the Clarkson or NCSA documentation.
