  11. We have the generic kernel and are using etherslip.com to use the
  12. ethdrv.exe file.  However our Cisco Terminal Server refuses to
  13. terminate the slip connection once the modem hangs up.  It recognizes
  14. hangups when not in slip modem.  The net effect is that when callers
  15. dial in to the line, they are NOT presented with an IP.  does ftp/ips 2.03
  16. kernel support BOOTP, or does anyone know where I can find a bootp client
  17. that will fire off the BOOTP packets and retrieve the appropriate information?
  18. If I can receive the information, I can make a small program to automatically
  19. change the ifconfig ifcust0 <ip address>
