  23. WINQVTNET is in public domain.  It is Shareware.  It requires registration
  24. for continued use.  I am currently evaluating it and I to would like too
  25. know the answer to this question.  The Ideal solution would be Novell's
  26. LANWorkplace for DOS but my my is it expensive.
