  12. I want to put simulate a poor to bad network for testing network devices.
  13. My current thoughts run toward a router that I can reprogram to do drops,
  14. duplication, etc.  This would leave me with native code on all other
  15. devices, which is what I'm trying to test anyway.

  17. I remember PCroute sometime back, that sounded fine, but I also don't
  18. remember if source was part of the deal.
