- The book you are looking for might be "X.400 Message Handling: Standards,
- Interworking, Applications" by B. Plattner, C Lanz, H. Lubick, M. Mueller,
- and T. Walter, Addison-Wesley, UK (1991), 378pp.
- There is a review of this book in Computer Communications, vol.15, no 5,
- June 1992.
