  12. I am not familar with CAP. We have been using it for sometime and now I
  13. somehow got luck enough to solve a CAP problem.  Here is the problem:

  15. We have an Imagen printer that is attached to our Sun system running CAP. we
  16. can print from the sun fine. However everytime we print from a mac we get the
  17. following message from the imagen. Error: invalidaccess; OffendingCommand:
  18. setdefaulttimeouts
  19.  
  20. Now one of our other sites said "the problem is the laser prep file" so they
  21. gave me a laser prep file. However, they did not tell me what I'm suppose to
  22. do with it. I looked at it, and it appears to be a postscript file. But yet I
  23. can't print it, because if I do it prints the file just as I see it. that is
  24. it prints the postscipt commands and does not run them. What am I suppose to
  25. do with a laser prep file? I don't see anything else like it in the CAP
  26. directory? Has anyone else used an imagen printer and CAP?
