  19. A French company has done something like this for A/UX. It let's you
  20. connect to the A/UX host via the ADSP tool, and the session you end up
  21. with "feels" just like a telnet/rlogin connection. The software
  22. consists of a server for the A/UX host, which provides you with the
  23. ADSP connection point. The login at the A/UX end ends up using a pty
  24. device, so I suppose there's some TCP/IP going around, although
  25. internally on the ADSP server host.

  27. I have no idea if this has been implemented on other AppleTalk-capable
  28. UNIX platforms.

  43. PS. Iff you have a FastPath/GatorBox/whatever doing AppleTalk-IP
  44. gatewaying somewhere on the corporate net, you could use MacTCP on the
  45. ARA connected Macintosh...
